Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available.

How to Track

1. Check your shipping confirmation email.
2. Copy the tracking number provided.
3. Use the carrier link in your email or paste the tracking number into the carrier tracking page.

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking can take several days to update after a package leaves the supplier or fulfillment partner. If your tracking has not updated after a few business days, contact Proundfur and we will help review it.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number.
