Return Window
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Issues
We can help review issues such as damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, or products that arrive materially different from the product page.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may not be able to accept returns for used pet products, hygiene-sensitive items, items damaged by normal use, customer ordering mistakes, incorrect addresses, or items returned without prior approval.
